Kia’s October EV Deals: $10,000 Off EV9 and Niro, $349-a-Month EV3 Leases

With the new EV3 now arriving at dealerships, Kia is throwing extra savings into the mix with up to $10,000 off in customer cash on select EVs, according to Electrek. The 2027 EV3 went on sale in mid-August, starting at about $30,000 as Kia’s most affordable electric vehicle, and Kia announced that it has officially arrived at dealerships across the US. The EV3 is available in five trims — Light, Wind, Land, GT-Line and a range-topping GT — with a $1,500 customer cash discount on all EV3 models, or 0.9% APR for 48 months.

The lease numbers are the headline for budget buyers. Kia is offering a special lease on the EV3 Wind front-wheel drive starting at $349 a month with $3,999 due at signing for 24 months, or $359 a month for 36 months with the same amount due. The three-row EV9 carries up to $10,000 in customer cash, or 0% APR for 60 months plus $5,000 APR bonus cash, with leases for the Light Long Range rear-wheel drive listed at $399 a month for 24 or 36 months with $4,999 due at signing. The outgoing all-electric Niro also gets $10,000 in customer cash while supply lasts, with leases as low as $289 a month for 36 months, and the EV6 gets a $5,000 customer cash discount with leases from $369 a month.

All of Kia’s current electric offers end on November 2, 2026, and may vary by state — the usual, but important, caveat. The strategic picture is that Kia is now covering the EV market from $30,000 to three-row family hauler in a single October sheet, at a moment when the federal tax credit is gone and rivals are discounting just as hard. For buyers, the EV3 is the car to watch: a $30,000 starting price, a $349 lease, and the EV9’s technology in a smaller package is the closest thing the US market has right now to a mainstream-priced EV that does not feel like a compromise.
