October’s 283 Lease Deals, Ranked: Land Cruiser at $449 Leads the Value List
By CARC Editorial Team · October 29, 2026 · 3 min read
A ranking of all 283 advertised lease offers for October 2026 scores each deal by lease value ratio — true monthly cost divided by sticker price, where lower is better — and the winner is a vehicle that usually holds its value too well to discount. The 2027 Toyota Land Cruiser leases for $449 a month with $4,999 at signing, a 36-month term on a $58,180 hybrid off-roader, for a total cost of $21,163. The offers in the ranking expire November 2, so the window is days, not weeks.
The rest of the top ten shows how strong October is for electrified SUVs. The 2026 Volvo XC90 is $599 a month with $3,719 at signing on a $68,800 sticker, a total cost of $25,283. The 2026 Kia Sportage Plug-in Hybrid is $309 a month with $3,999 at signing, a total of $15,123 on a $40,490 sticker — the cheapest monthly payment among the plug-ins in the ranking. The 2026 Kia EV9 slips from third to ninth at $439 a month with $4,999 at signing, a total of $20,803, with $1,000 more upfront than in September.
The Mazda CX-70 PHEV, at $357 a month with $3,999 at signing on a $44,250 sticker, improved its ratio after Mazda dropped the deposit from $7,919 to $3,999. The lesson of the ranking is not to pick a car on the ratio alone: monthly payment, due-at-signing, mileage limits, region and what the car is worth at lease end all change the real cost. Get competing prices from multiple dealers in your area before signing anything — and confirm the offer is still live, since most of these expire November 2.
