BYD Launches All-New Da Han EV Large Flagship Sedan From CNY 235,900

BYD announced the official launch of the all-new Da Han EV on October 13, a large flagship electric sedan offered in rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive versions, MarkLines reported. The three variants are priced from CNY 235,900 to CNY 275,900 — roughly $33,000 to $39,000 — aggressive pricing for the segment.
The Da Han EV measures 5,256 mm long and 1,999 mm wide, putting it squarely in flagship sedan territory alongside the likes of the Mercedes-Benz EQS and BMW i7 in size, at a fraction of their price. The launch slots above BYD’s existing Han in the brand’s sprawling lineup and arrives just as the Denza N8 EV flagship SUV prepares its own October 26 debut.
The cadence matters as much as the car. In October alone BYD has launched or previewed the Da Han EV, the Denza N8 EV with its 1,003 km range claim, and the Atto 8 flagship SUV in Paris — while September sales data show BYD nearly doubling in Europe. The company is firing on every cylinder: mass-market, premium, and now flagship luxury, in China and abroad simultaneously.
