Ford Recalls 102,159 Heavy-Duty F-Series Trucks Over Faulty Analog Clusters

Ford announced on October 19 that it is recalling 102,159 trucks in the United States over faulty analog instrument clusters. The affected vehicles are the 2025-2026 F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD and F-600, along with the 2026 F-150 and F-750 SD, according to the recall notice.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said the analog cluster tachometer and speedometer in the affected vehicles may not function correctly. A driver who cannot rely on the speedometer or tachometer faces a higher risk of speeding or misjudging engine speed, and in a heavy-duty work truck that risk is compounded by towing and payload duty.

Owners of affected trucks should watch for a recall notification from Ford and have the cluster repaired at a dealer free of charge. As with all safety recalls, owners can also check their vehicle identification number against the NHTSA database to confirm whether their specific truck is included.
