Chery’s Jetour Launches All-New Lvxingzhe 7 Midsize SUV Globally

Jetour, a brand under Chery Group, announced the global launch of the all-new Lvxingzhe 7 midsize SUV in Beijing on October 14, MarkLines reported. The model comes in internal-combustion and plug-in hybrid versions, with eight variants priced from CNY 139,900 to CNY 179,900 — roughly $19,600 to $25,200.
Jetour has become one of Chery’s most export-friendly brands, and a "global launch" framing signals the Lvxingzhe 7 is intended for the brand’s growing network in the Middle East, Latin America, Southeast Asia and Russia — markets where Chinese brands are gaining fast.
The October cadence from Chery keeps accelerating: the LEPAS brand’s Middle East entry followed a week later, and Automotive News reported Chery overtook BYD and MG in Europe in September as Chinese brands took a record 14.6% share. The Lvxingzhe 7’s aggressive pricing undercuts most Western midsize SUVs while matching them on powertrain choice.
