Lynk & Co 900L Plug-In Hybrid SUV Surfaces in Regulatory Filings

Lynk & Co, the Geely-owned brand, released regulatory filing images of its new 900L plug-in hybrid SUV on October 20, MarkLines reported. The 900L measures 5,280 mm long, 1,999 mm wide and 1,810 mm tall on a 3,170 mm wheelbase, with a seven-seat configuration — a stretch of the existing Lynk & Co 900 flagship.
Full powertrain details have not been disclosed, but the PHEV designation continues Lynk & Co’s strategy of offering electrified large vehicles in China and export markets. The brand sits alongside Geely’s Zeekr and Volvo in the group’s multi-brand portfolio, which is expanding aggressively in Europe and the Middle East.
The 900L lands in a crowded field of big Chinese PHEVs — Jetour, Chery, WEY and BYD all launched or updated large electrified SUVs in October. With fuel prices high and European PHEV sales up 24% in September, the big seven-seat plug-in is having a moment.
