OMODA 4 Makes European Motor Show Debut at Paris Ahead of 2027 UK Launch

The OMODA 4 made its European motor show debut at the 2026 Paris Motor Show on October 12, OMODA&JAECOO UK announced, taking center stage at the dual brand’s first-ever appearance at the event. The compact SUV arrives ahead of a UK launch in 2027, following a record-breaking September in which OMODA&JAECOO registered 22,296 vehicles in Britain — up 106% year on year — with the JAECOO 7 crowned the country’s best-selling new car.
First revealed at Auto China 2026 as a full hybrid with OMODA’s SHS-H Super Hybrid System, the OMODA 4 is the boldest expression yet of the brand’s "Cyber Mecha" design language — sharp geometric forms, multidimensional surfaces and "o-universe" lighting — with a gaming-inspired starship cockpit. It will be the first OMODA model with the Super Intelligent Cockpit, designed to understand driver intent, learn user habits and deliver increasingly personalized interactions.
In the UK, the OMODA 4 joins the OMODA 5 as a compact SUV aimed at younger, technology-focused buyers. The timing is deliberate: the brand is riding the UK’s EV surge — electric sales more than tripled month over month into September’s plate-change — and a style-led hybrid is exactly the product that has been winning conquest buyers from legacy brands.
